Charles Cross signs with Mississippi State University

Laurel High School football standout Charles Cross signed a letter of intent with Mississippi State University. Recently Cross became the first player in school history selected to play in the All-American Bowl that will air live on NBC on January 5, 2019. In addition to the All-American selection, Cross was named to the 5A All-State Team First Team Offensive Line by the Mississippi Association of Coaches and the 5A All-Region 3 Team. He also represented the state in the Mississippi-Alabama All-Star Game. Cross plans to major in sports management.
