LHS Homecoming Court, Queen, Sweethearts & more

Laurel High School is pleased to announce the homecoming awards for 2018. The students were recognized during coronation and at halftime during the homecoming game.

Little Tornadoes (front row center) are Anthony McDonald and Dallas Moore.

Laurel High School’s 2018 Mr. Football is Charles Cross. He is a member the Golden Tornado Football Team and Key Club. His future plans are to attend Florida State University and major in sports management. Cross recently became the first football player in school history selected to play in the nationally televised All-American Bowl.

The 2018 Honorary Homecoming King is Rahmaud Vaughn.

The 2018 Little Tornadoes are Dallas Moore and Anthony McDonald.

Laurel High School is pleased to announce Mr. and Miss LHS 2018. Miss LHS Kristian Edwards is a member of the girls’ basketball team, softball team, track team and cheerleading squad where she serves as co-captain. She is an active member of the Key Club and Student Council. She was recently selected as a South Central Scholar Athlete. She plans to play college softball and major in sports medicine. Mr. LHS Jontarious Henderson is a member of the Laurel High School football team and track team. He plans to play football at a junior college or university while majoring in business management.

Laurel High School is pleased to announce Mr. and Miss Career Technical Center. Miss CTC Jada Henderson is a member of Interact, Future Business Leaders of America, Key Club and Beta Club. She plans to major in accounting. Mr. CTC La’Jadakiss Bender is a member of Future Business Leaders of America and the track team. He plans to become a lawyer.
