Exceptional Education Office Request for Proposals (RFP) For Student and Staff Services

The Laurel School District’s Exceptional Education Office is accepting proposals for the 2021-2022 school year for the following services: Occupational Therapy services; Physical Therapy services; Psychological services; and Consultative services for students with disabilities and special education staff. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates. The Laurel School District’s Exceptional Education Office will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review and applicable projects will be awarded upon the signing of an agreement or contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget and other necessary items. Box 288- Laurel, MS 39441 to the attention of Dr. Dorsetta Jordan. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS: JOB-EMBEDDED SUPPORT FOR TEACHERS, ADMINISTRATORS, AND COUNSELORS

The Laurel School District’s Curriculum and Instruction Department is accepting proposals for the 2021- 2022 school year to provide job-embedded coaching/support for teachers at both the elementary and  secondary levels in Mathematics and English Language Arts, as well, leadership support to building  administrators and counselors.  

The Curriculum and Instruction Department will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts  are subject to review and applicable projects will be awarded upon the signing of the  agreement/contract, which outlines the terms, scope, budget, and other necessary items. 

Interested parties should submit proposals to Dr. Kenitra Ezi, Assistant Superintendent, by emailing  proposals to kezi@laurelschools.org or mailing the proposals to 303 West 8th Street, Laurel, MS 39441  to the attention of Dr. Kenitra Ezi. 

The deadline for submitting proposals will be June 25, 2021 by 5:00 pM.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - LAWN CARE  FOR PRIMARY TERM BEGINNING JULY 01, 2021 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2022

The Laurel School Board invites you to submit a proposal for lawn care services and grounds maintenance for the Laurel School District for a term beginning July 01, 2021 and ending June 30, 2022 for (“Primary Term”). The successful bidder shall be required to execute a contract with the Laurel School in the form that is attached to this Request for Proposals.  This invitation will be advertised in the Laurel Leader Call and specifications and guidelines may be obtained by contacting Veronica Martin, Purchasing, at 601-649-6391 or email at vmartin@laurelschools.org or visiting the Laurel School District website at the following address: https://www.laurelschools.org/ Official Bid Documents may also be downloaded,  www.centralbidding.com. Bids may be received either in person, by mail or electronically until the date/time as stated below. If bids are submitted in person, it must be in a sealed envelope addressed to Veronica Marin and stating on the outside of the envelope “SEALED BID FOR LAWN SERVICES”.
