For Architectural Services

Laurel School District is now soliciting Requests for Proposals for Architectural Services.  Five copies of the proposals must be received by 10:00 a.m., June 26, 2020, at which time the proposals will be opened.  No proposals will be opened if they are received late.  Specifications will be available upon request.  All proposals may be mailed or delivered to:

For Student and Staff Services

The Laurel School District’s Exceptional Education Office is accepting proposals for the 2020-2021 school year for the following services: Occupational Therapy services; Physical Therapy services; Psychological services; and Consultative services for students with disabilities and special education staff. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair evaluation for all candidates. The Laurel School District’s Exceptional Education Office will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review and applicable projects will be awarded upon the signing of an agreement or contract, which outlines terms, scope, budget and other necessary items.

For Instructional Supplies and Software

The Laurel School District will accept un-priced proposals until 9:00 a.m. CST, Thursday July 9, 2020.

Description: Instructional Supplies and Software 2020 Reverse Auction Bid submittals will be evaluated and qualified bidders will be invited to participate in the Instructional Supplies and Software 2020 Reverse Auction. The Instructional Supplies and Software 2020 Reverse Auction bidding will be held on Friday, July 10, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.- 10:30 a.m., CST. Official bid documents can be downloaded from Central Bidding at www.centralbidding.com, for a fee, or by emailing chenderson@laurelschools.org.

All submissions must be sealed and clearly marked. Instructional Supplies and Software 2020 Reverse Auction In order to participate in the reverse auction, you must be registered at Central Bidding. For any questions relating to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. Bid documents may also be obtained from the Laurel School District at the Office of the Superintendent of Education by contacting emailing your request at chenderson@laurelschools.org, or by contacting Candace Henderson at 601-649-6391. Electronic bids and/or reverse auction bids can be submitted at www.centralbidding.com. For any questions relating to the reverse auction bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814. The Laurel School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted and to waive any informalities.

 

For Mentoring/Coaching Support for Administrators

The Laurel School District’s Curriculum and Instruction Department is accepting proposals for the 2020-2021 school year to provide mentoring/coaching support for administrators. The Curriculum and Instruction Department will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts are subject to review and applicable projects will be awarded upon the signing of the agreement/contract, which outlines the terms, scope, budget, and other necessary items.

For Instructional Support for Teachers

The Laurel School District’s Curriculum and Instruction Department is accepting proposals for the 2020-2021 school year to provide job-embedded instructional coaching/support for teachers at both the elementary and secondary levels in Mathematics and English Language Arts. The Curriculum and Instruction Department will negotiate contract terms upon selection. All contracts
are subject to review and applicable projects will be awarded upon the signing of the agreement/contract, which outlines the terms, scope, budget, and other necessary items.
