TDaP Vaccination 7th Grade Requirement

All students entering the 7th Grade must show proof of the TDaP vaccination by presenting an updated Mississippi Health Compliance Form 121. The TDaP vaccination is crucial as it protects against tetanus, diphtheria, and whooping cough (pertussis), a highly contagious disease that can be severe or even fatal, especially for very young children.

Here's what you need to do:

*Upload the Health Compliance Form 121 during online registration.

*Provide the school with a copy of the Health Compliance Form 121 as proof of vaccination.

*You can obtain the Health Compliance Form 121 from your local *Health Department or your private physician at the time of your child’s vaccination.

Thank you for ensuring the health and safety of our students!
