As families prepare for the 2026–2027 school year, Laurel School District is reminding parents and guardians of the documents needed to complete student registration.
Having the required documentation ready before beginning the registration process can help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both families and school staff.
Returning Students:
- 2 current proofs of residency dated within the last 30 days from the Acceptable Proofs of Residency list below
- Parent/Guardian’s Photo ID
- Health Compliance Form 121 (7th graders only)
New Students:
- 2 current proofs of residency dated within the last 30 days from the Acceptable Proofs of Residency list below
- Parent/Guardian’s Photo ID
- Birth certificate
- Health Compliance Form 121
- Last report card if moving in from another school
Acceptable Proofs of Residency:
- Filed Homestead Exemption Application Form
- Mortgage Documents or Property Deed
- Apartment/Home Lease
- Utility Bill (power, water, gas) dated within the last 30 days
- Driver’s License/State ID/Other Government Issued ID
- Voter Precinct Identification
- Automobile Registration
- Residency Affidavit*
